How to Start your Assessment
Assessments can be launched from the Home page on the website or mobile app.

Assessments can also be launched by using the link from the email notification.
Change your Assessment Location (If Applicable)
In the event your assessment location is unavailable, your assessment will allow you to change its location.
*Note: The option to change an Assessment's location can be configured in the assessment's settings. More information can be found here.
Select the edit icon to change this assessment's location.
In the next menu, choose this assessment's new location.

Conducting the Assessment
- The assessment's location.
- The list of questions within this assessment.
- A questions's specific text and details.
- Select a response to this question.
- Attached photos and files (if applicable).
- If Findings are necessary, add comments if required.
- To add evidence, upload a photo or take a photo with your mobile device.
- Add a responsible party for this finding.
- Add an approving party for this finding.
- Assessors can close this finding themselves (optional).
*NOTE: If applicable, EASE will provide in-assessment finding insights that notify the assessor of recent findings for this question.
Closing a Finding (Non-Comformance) in assessment:
- Select a countermeasure.
- Describe the actions taken to close this finding.
- As evidence, upload a photo or take a photo with your mobile device.
