New Ad hoc Findings can be reported from the EASE mobile app.
To report a new Finding, open the EASE application and input login credentials. Upon entering the application, tap on the + button near the bottom right of the screen.
*NOTE: Ad hoc findings on the EASE mobile app can be launched directly by using EASE's machine-scannable QR codes that can be accessed on the Org Tree. More information can be found here.
From this menu, select Report Finding.
Fill out the required fields before reporting this finding.
- Choose the site this observation/finding pertains to. Only accessible sites can be chosen.
- Select a location on the Org Tree that this observation/finding was found in.
- For reporting purposes, choose which assessment program this observation/finding should be filed under.
- Choose from a list of predefined failure categories and modes.
- Provide more details on this observation/finding.
- Attach a photo or file to this observation/finding.
- Choose a level of urgency for this finding.
- Add a responsible party that this finding will be assigned to.
- Add an approving party that this finding will be assigned to.
- If this observation/finding can be closed immediately, check this box and manually close the finding.
- Create additional findings if desired (optional).
- Once all required fields have been filled out, click Submit to file this Ad hoc finding, or save your progress and return later.
