New, unscheduled assessments can be started from the EASE mobile app.
To begin a new assessment, open the EASE application and input login credentials if necessary. Upon entering the application, tap on the + button near the bottom right of the screen.
From this menu, select Start New Assessment.
Fill out the required fields before beginning this unscheduled assessment.
- Choose the site for this assessment. Only accessible sites can be chosen.
- Select the assessment document. Only active documents can be chosen.
- EASE will automatically use the assessment document's name for this field, but this can be manually edited for any name desired.
- Select a location from your Org Tree from the dropdown menu provided, or EASE can randomly select a location by checking a box next to any applicable tiers of the Org Tree.
- Once all required fields have been inputted, tap Start to begin this assessment.
