To enable and configure the assessment delete request functionality, navigate to Settings and select the Products and Features tab, then scroll down to find the Assessment Delete Requests section.
A: Allows assessors to request to delete their upcoming assessments. Here is how to request to delete assessments.
- Use the blue bar to enable this functionality.
- Select which users are eligible to approve assessment delete requests for upcoming assessments. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.
B: Allows assessors to request to delete their missed assessments. Here is how to request to delete missed assessments.
- Use the toggle to enable this functionality
- Select which users are eligible to approve assessment delete requests for missed assessments. Choose between Managers and Admins and Site Admins Only.
- EASE will send an email to assessors if they miss their assessment. Use the toggle to enable this functionality.
