To access the site's general settings, navigate to Settings > Products and Features and the General Settings tab will be the first section on the page.
A: The number of days set for the Grace period dictates the default amount of time a scheduled event is allowed to be submitted after its due date. This can be manually overwritten when scheduling assessments.
- This functionality can be turned on or off by clicking on the toggle.
- For this value, choose a number between 0 and 29.
B: Location hierarchy displays the parent location of specific locations on the Org Tree. For example, "Parent Location > Location" will be shown instead of just "Location." This functionality can be enabled by moving the toggle.
C: Question scopes refer to the the dropdown menu that is shown when selecting a question's location on the Org Tree.
When this functionality is not enabled, this menu will not appear when editing a question.
D: Allows a user to assign the list of values an assessor can select when an assessment question fails. These can be defined individually for each assessment program or turned off if not needed. More information about Groups can be found here.
- Use the toggle to turn off this functionality.
- Combine a program with a predefined failure category.
- Add a new custom failure category.
E: Configure Ad hoc Findings settings. Use the toggle to enable all desired functionalities.
- Enable Ad hoc Findings for users.
- Findings must have an attachment before it can be submitted.
- If an Ad hoc finding is reported, and accompanying finding will be created.
- When reporting a finding, a dropdown menu consisting all of programs will be shown for selection. EASE will automatically select "Ad hoc Findings".
- Select a default Responsible Party for all Ad hoc Findings. Only users with the Responsible Party role can be selected.
- Select a default Approving Party for all Ad hoc Findings. Only users with the Approving Party role can be selected.
