Click on the user's name at the bottom left of any screen to access the User Profile Menu.
Once selected, a new menu will appear displaying multiple options.
A: Version Details – Current version numbering is displayed. Click on version number to see details for current and prior versions.
B: Propose Idea – Create a new login, vote on current submissions, and/or submit upgrades and new features that users would like to see added to EASE.
C: Support Center – Contact support, submit tickets, review submitted tickets, access the Knowledge Base that has “how to” documents, videos, user manual, past webinars, and FAQ’s.
D: Achievements – View the badges and achievements that are possible for users to earn in EASE.
E: My Profile - Access the user's account profile and review details, requests, preferences, and achievements.

- View details specific to the user.
1: Create a personalized job title.
2: Change the password used for logging into EASE.
- Requests
- View all assessment delete requests, including their specific characteristics and status.
- Preferences
1: Choose the language to be shown on EASE.
2: Use the toggle to combine multiple nightly digest emails from EASE into a single digest email.
3: Use the toggle to enable the weekly upcoming assessment email which is sent every Monday.
4: Clear the assessment cache to help resolve technological issues.
- Achievements
- Showcases all assessment and finding achievements earned on EASE.
F: Log Out – Log out of EASE.
