A Mitigation always has an additional Manager, if the Additional Manager must approver a mitigation is determined in the Mitigation settings


RulesĀ 

  1. Approving Party (Additional Manager) for a mitigation and Responsible Party must not be the same

Priority

  1. Location Manager of the Location where the Audit is being conducted
    1. Location Manager must belong to the same shift as the shift when the audit was conducted
    2. If there is no Location Manager for the same shift, then another shift Manager for that location
  2. Location Manager of the location higher up in the Org tree until one is found
    1. Location Manager must belong to the same shift as the shift when the audit was conducted
    2. If there is no Location for the same shift, the first shift Manager for that location
