The dashboard is where a user lands when logging into Beacon, and it is broken into 4 components.


My Activity:

Displays all activities that are available to the current user. These activities are available to start immediately and can include audits, mitigations, or mitigation approvals.

  1. Name - Lists the type of activity and the title of the document.
  2. Due Date - Lists the due date of the activity.
  3. Status - Lists the status of the activity, either OnTime or PastDue.
  4. Location - Lists the location where the activity is scheduled.
  5. Start Button - Click to start the activity.


All Activity:

Displays for users with the Manager roll. Contains the same items as My Activity sans the start button, providing a quick look at activity scheduled at the site.


Recent Mitigations:

Displays for users with the Manager roll. Shows mitigation activity over the last 15 days.

  1. Chart - Displays the visual breakdown of mitigation data over the last 15 days.
  2. Export Options - Provides a means of exporting the charted data as either a picture, PDF, or excel document.
  3. Legend - Allows the toggling of the listed statuses, hiding or showing the selected data depending on the state.


Recent Delinquent Audits:

Displays for users with the Manager roll. Shows delinquent audits (missed or past due) over the last 15 days.

  1. Chart - Displays the visual breakdown of delinquent audit data over the last 15 days.
  2. Export Options - Provides a means of exporting the charted data as either a picture, PDF, or excel document.
  3. Legend - Allows the toggling of the listed statuses, hiding or showing the selected data depending on the state.
