When scheduling an event, you can select a random location instead of a specific location. This can be especially useful if you are scheduling a recurring event for several people. When you check one of these boxes, the system will choose locations randomly every time there is a new event. The system will choose all locations at least once before it uses another location again. The locations used in events are not unique to one series of scheduled events, they are unique to the document used and will carry over between different series of events.
